Shaw & Smith Lenswood Vineyard Chardonnay Moscato Giallo Grown biodynamically and crafted withFrom low yielding vines at our estate vineyard in Lenswood, first planted in 1999, this site sits at 500 metres elevation with both east and west facing aspects. The fruit is hand picked and sorted, gently whole bunch pressed, then fermented in 500 L puncheons (30% new). The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and spends 10 months in oak before resting in tank prior to bottling. Lifted florals and a fine flinty edge are complemented by subtle
