Released in July 2019, this expression is the tenth unique release in the E. H. Taylor lineup and the first to utilize amaranth as the secondary flavoring grain in place of traditional rye. The mash bill is a modified version of Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #1, consisting of corn, malted barley, and amaranth.
