Tasting Note Bright lemon in the glass. The nose shows jasmine and wildflowers alongside citrus and orchard fruit. On the palate its crisp and refreshing, with notes of lemon zest and golden apple, backed by a lightly savoury, mineral edge that keeps it feeling clean and appetising.
