This one was initially matured in traditional oak casks before a finish in Madeira fortified wine casks. Whisky region: Speyside Nose: Spicy, earthy oak notes with subtle hints of vanilla and honey. Palate: A slow baked apple infused with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg Finish: smooth and slow really good!
