We picked a coffee from our newest direct trade partner, La Cumbre, a family farm in Los Santos, Costa Rica. This coffee was very expressive when roasted light, with dried fruit and light nuttiness in the cup. When roasted dark, these notes are transformed into roasted walnut and dark chocolate notes. With a classic dark roast mouthfeel, this coffee brings nuance to a nostalgic
