Still a few bottles left. Nose: Thick and rich and notes of honeycomb and toffee. Dried peels and marmalade and malt. Palate: Full of body with heather and grass, oak and winter spices and honey. Finish: Long and developing with notes of dry oak and a gentle smoke.
