Its tiny bubbles sustain a persistent ring of foam on the surface. The bouquet offers aromas of white fleshed fruit and honey, followed by notes of ripeness and apricot. The supple, creamy mouthfeel is pleasantly dense. It allows the aromas to fully express themselves, yielding a harmonious champagne. 1 3 Chardonnay, 1 3 Pinot Noir, 1 3 Pinot Meunier.
