Flock cider (2023, dry, ancestral method) Quantity:6x 75cl bottles (full case) in its true formTasting notes A delicious dry cider made with fruit from a 90 year old orchard. Naturally sparkling, this cider has been disgorged la vole. In using this ancient French technique, used in champagne making, we are able to remove the sediment from the bottle. The work is all done by hand and is slow, labour intensive and highly skilled but is preferable to us in terms of retaining flavour than the more industrial process of filtering. Food pairing
