The whisky inside is re aged in a real mixture of barrels ex bourbon, Quarter casks and Oloroso Sherry butts before bottling. A good balance of peatiness and balanced sherry! Nose: Iodine, orchard fruits, peat and hint of leather. Palate: Smoked bacon, vanilla, havana cigars, caramel, citrus fruits, tar and peat smoke. Finish: Long and fruity with lots of bonfire smoke.
