Fernet Leopold Highland Amaro embraces the herbal notes of the traditional fernet style, while offering a pronounced and entirely unique mint quality. They achieve this by steeping a flight of bitter roots in our spirit followed by rose petals, elderflower, chamomile, and honeysuckle which lend depth and a complex finish. These ingredients will rest for weeks before they are drained and racked into Chardonnay barrels for months of aging.
