If you are looking for a hard working skillet for searing and braising, this is it. Great starter pan and daily workhorse! It does not sit flat so while it is good for all tops, it will move on glass. Note there is what's called an inclusion at the 11: 00 position and is a naturally occurring part of hand made casting.
