It's formulated with a starch co polymer for moisture retention and includes glycerol to regulate hydration. Polymem nonadhesive dressing absorbs output from the wound to keep it clean. The nonadherence properties keep the wound bed protected. The pink foam wound dressing expands to conform to the wound, creating a protective cove.
