テイスティング : アスコリ地方原産のペコリーノから造られた白ワイン。温度差の激しい山の中腹の畑で収穫される早熟タイプのペコリーノからはしっかりとした構成と個性をもったワインが生まれます。柑橘類のニュアンスを持つ魅力的な香りとミネラルが、非常に高いポテンシャルを持ち、熟成されたチーズ、上質な鶏肉や、アドリア海の魚料理と相性が良いです。

醸造方法：ブドウを過熟させてから収穫。パンチングダウンを行いながら果皮浸漬を15日間。セニエ20％。MLFをバリックで行う。熟成もヌヴェールとトロンセのバリックにて12か月。
