Limited Release Great Southern Reef Sweet Initially matured in Cream SherryCrafted just metres from the ocean on Tasmanias east coast, Great Southern Reef is a maritime single malt made, matured, and bottled at Waubs Harbour Distillery in support of the Great Southern Reef Foundation. This limited release of only 591 bottles began in ex Apera Sherry casks, before being finished in an extraordinary 40 year old ex Tawny Port cask from Murray Street.
