Stone Paddock Rose Dominican Republic Exotic aromas of passionfruitFresh and dry with a light salmon pink colour the 2018 Ros has aromas of raspberry sorbet and a soft, elegant palate of red plum, raspberry and a toffee apple finish with fresh acidity. Crisp and refreshing it is best as a young wine, lightly chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, white meat and salad dishes. The grapes for this Ros were sourced from our Bridge Pa Triangle vineyard. Harvested at optimum ripeness, Merlot (93%) and Cabernet Franc (7%).
