Crafted in 18kt yellow gold and topped in sterling silver, this piece, which can be worn as either a pin or a pendant, displays the initials "TW", encrusted in old rose and mine cut diamonds. The fancy scripted letters overlap in an ornate fashion and the diamonds glitter with every turn. On the back of the piece rests a pin stem, marked with an illegible European hallmark, with a barrel catch
