ヨーロッパ最大の活火山エトナの土着品種、カリカンテで造られたユニークなスプマンテです。スティルワイン用のカリカンテよりも1ヶ月早く収穫することによって、美しい酸とフレッシュ感を備えたワインに仕上がっています。

製造方法：収穫されたブドウは優しくプレスされ、ステンレスタンクにて発酵、6ヶ月間熟成を行います。瓶内熟成3ヶ月。

製造方法：果梗を取り除き、軽くプレスする。15℃でステンレスタンク内で発酵、6ヶ月間熟成を行う。
