with a long finish that reveals lush fruit flavours along with a nice minerality

On the palate there is fresh soil and steely minerality too

Reminiscent of salted caramel, white raisin and honey on the palate with hints of citrus rind and a backbone of acidity cutting through the sappy intensity. Delicious now and worth following for 30 40 years.
