This range is specifically designed for the heavier breeds such as Shires, Clydesdales, Percherons etc. The neck cover is made from the same 1200D waterproof breathable Teflon coated outer as the rug and has a soft nylon lining to help keep the coat smooth and prevent rubbing. There are Velcro fastenings for attaching to the turnout rug
