27 Seconds Rose Syrup ginger ale or tonic -Our aim is to make a ros that is bursting with strawberries, cream and spice characters. Its an instantly appealing ros, with a bouquet showing blossom and watermelon. On the palate it has a smooth mouth feel yet is still vibrant. It finishes with a lingering taste of cream and spice. To achieve this we use Syrah grapes, which have a unique spice flavour kept in the grape skins. A perfectly balanced wine & sure crowd pleaser.
