Voluta virescens lacertina is a scarce Pacific subspecies with a bold, distinctive appearance, strong reticulated pattern with well defined rectangular blotches on a warm brown base, giving it an almost reptilian texture that sets it apart from its lindae cousin. A solid F++ example at a good size for the subspecies.
