Black Wines Pinot Gris riesling The French Oak influence addsThe Black Wines Pinot Gris was made by winemaker Robert Black who is originally from Orange but now calls Mudgee home. The wine shows enticing fresh pear and apple aromas with hints of citrus. On the palate it is textural with a clean finish. The style is traditionally suited to short term cellaring and is well matched to rabbit stews, pork roasts, chicken casseroles and hard cheeses. It is best served slightly chilled.
