The mothballed Benromach distillery was acquired by independent whisky-bottlers Gordon and MacPhail in 1993 who set about restoring it to modern working order

Pressed without SO2, then racked to old, large format barrels for a native fermentation. Aged undisturbed en lies for 7 months with a light filtration before bottling for focus and freshness.
