The session was orchestrated by legendary radio DJ Mister Magic, who brought a then unsigned Biz Markie to the studio in hopes of securing a deal with Baker. Backed by Keith LeBlanc (of Sugar Hill Gang fame) on the DMX drum machine, these recordings capture Biz in
