See Description gift gorgeous piece with gate marksIMPORTANT: This round roaster will be a wonderful daily cooker that will work hard for you. In a previous life it was used outdoors as were many of the roasters of that generation. A previous owner used it in a high heat scenario (like a campfire) and likely was kept outside. The result was a reddish hue and some pitting that needed to be cleaned up. Our process fully strips any rust or remnants of outdoor use and then we rebuilt it with seasoning.
