Nail Clippers living and a dial at itsThe KIYA Nail Clippers cut cleanly through the nail rather than crushing it, with no splitting or tearing at the edge. The blades are ground for that clean pass and made from hardened black steel that holds its edge through years of repeated use. KIYA has made cutting tools in Tokyo's Nihombashi district since 1792, and the clippers are made in Japan.
