The surfaces are beautiful and in great shape with the exception of a small area on the bottom of the dutch, so restoring it was a pleasure. Its becoming difficult to find the Dutch ovens larger than a 9, and sizes 11 through 13 are all but non existent. So the #10 is really one of the largest you can get for soups, stews and chilis.
