製造方法：ブドウは9月初旬に手摘み。ソフトプレスし、一番搾りのモストのみを使用。温度管理下（12〜13°C）のステンレスタンクで中低速発酵し、シュールリーで数ヶ月熟成。翌春に瓶詰め後、瓶内で最低1ヶ月熟成されます。海に近い砂質・花崗岩土壌と強いマエストラーレが生む、繊細でエレガントながら力強さも持つ一本。
