Its just a cool utility skillet that makes fantastic brownies, small lasagnas (YES, even with red sauce!) and breakfast casseroles. It was fully restored and has movement to it so while we can use it on a glass surface, its probably best for electric coil or gas. This one is a special pan to have or give as a
