Laurent Ponsot Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée de l'Aulne 2018 Grand Cru The wine was aged in88 90 points Burghound, Allen Meadows There is a very mild whiff of volatile acidity present on the wild cherry, raspberry and forest floor scented nose. Once again there is very good vibrancy to the suave yet nicely detailed medium bodied flavors that terminate in a mildly rustic and persistent finish. This isn't particularly dense but is attractive in its fashion.
