Mitolo 'The Nessus' Shiraz Lindores clean fruit flavoursThe Nessus Shiraz is sourced from Mitolo's own vineyards at the southern end of McLaren Vale, close to the seaside town of Port Willunga. The rich, heavy clay soils and warm summer days produce a deeply coloured, full flavoured wine with soft, silky tannins. Matured in older oak barrels, The Nessus Shiraz has unobscured purity, a boisterous wild side, juxtaposed opposites delicately balanced just like the emotions of its namesake Nessus the centaur.
