Ovum, Rare Form Deep End Riesling 2020 J. J. Corry and lively Seven Springs ChardonnayA unique Riesling in a ceramic clay bottle which is used to enhance the aging process. The grapes are biodynamically farmed with vines planted in volcanic soils. The wine is aged in Austrian casks and Acacia barrels with the development of flor resting on the surface, similar to the process of Manzanilla sherry. Fresh and floral with saline minerality.
