Spring water from the Southern Alps that are sparsely populated and generate some of the cleanest and tastiest water

They were curated for maturation by The Macallan Master of Wood and delivered to the exacting specifications of The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team to create Rare Cask

then put to age again in specially selected barrels

with the remainder in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavours

Briottet Eau de Vie Kirsch (Cherry) 700mL France Spring water from the SouthernKirsch Briottet is made from the best varieties of cherries (some of which are harvested in Fougerolles, East of France). Following fermentation, the cherries are distilled in the traditional manner. Kirsch Briottet is a very characteristic cherry eau de vie, with a frank and powerful palate.
