A fantastic display piece, a fantastic pancake maker, it's fully marked and it sits flat! Schofield MFG and Co. made these in the late 1800's and the patent date is from 1881. Flop griddles have become very popular because of their unique engineered flip style for making pancakes, but also because they are tough to find.
