Ze Bulle - Bruno Ciofi Fortified Fantastic with soft goats milkA darkly coloured, softly sparkling ros. The modest residual sugar adds to the complexity of this incredible bottle. Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Chteau La Tour Grise. All the carbon gas and all the aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Noir and Gamay from biodynamically farmed vineyards.
