Champagne Salon,Le Mesnil, Blanc de Blancs, 1959 Novelties pulpy texture and perfectly ripeThis is a unique Salon. The 1959 Salon Blanc de Blancs is impenetrable. A massive, full bodied Salon that totally saturates the palate with fruit. Although flowering got off to a slow start, the rhythm intensified followed by rapid fruit setting. Harvesting started on 10th September, revealing excellent ripeness, helped by exceptional climatic conditions throughout the summer. Very good quality.
