Geneva Crab Rosé Signature This cider is crafted solelyThis cider is crafted solely from hand picked local crabapples. The fresh pressed juice of Geneva Red crabapples, a red fleshed variety, was cryo extracted to enhance colour, tannins and flavour and blended with cool fermented dry Golden Hyslop crabapple juice. The result is a scarlet tinged ros cider with hints of pure earthy tannins and intense notes of tart apple. Fewer than 250 cases of this cider are produced each year. 8. 6% alc. vol. 750 ml
