Using freshly emptied wet port casks made from French oak from the Limousin forest results in a gin with a totally unique flavor, a wonderful rose red color, and a silky smooth mouthfeel. Due to the limited availability of these casks and the need to use only wet untreated port casks they were only able to produce 600 bottles
