These three Grasses were proudly perched defiatly on the wall of the path leading down from the chapel. Perhaps it was the sadness on the island I felt and looking at the beauty and detail of the grasses brought about a sense of healthy distraction. Chaplaincy on Bardsey this year was a mix of joy and sadness. There was an accident in the island before I arrived and tragically a man
