ø 33.5 cm T 2.5 cm - (ø 13 ³/₁₆" T 1") VOLT These stones are custom madeThe stone has a diameter of approx. 13" (33. 5 cm), and a thickness of 1" (2. 5 cm). The Biscotto stone enables high temperature pizza frying on OONI 12" ovens with turning table, Kamado type grills or other BBQ grills with a diameter larger then 14 inches, and where there is otherwise a problem with scorched pizza base on "normal" pizza stone with high thermal conductivity. This stone is produced in a small village outside Naples called Casapulla
