Hangar 1 Mandarin Vodka - 750ml Mi Campo dried apple and toasted woodWe fell in love with the aroma of Californias mandarin orange trees, but when we tried distilling the fruit, the acids in the juice wouldnt cooperate. After plenty of late nights tinkering around in our hangar, we decided: lets try the flowers instead! Since we only pick at the height of bloom, were constantly battling time and the elements. The result is more than worth it a beautiful, aromatic vodka that is bright, clean and packed with citrus.
