GEL PAD SHOULD NOT GO UNDER THE BOTTOM OF THE HEEL. Product Care: Product should be hand washed with soap and water after each use. Allow to air dry. It is suggested to sprinkle talcum powder over gel when dry. DO NOT USE DETERGENT , BLEACH OR DISH SOAP.
