This is a very elegant Dolcetto with firm tannins that enhance the minerality and savory flavors. Winemaking: Grapes are sourced from the "Ancum" vineyard in the Madonna di Como area, considered the best for cultivating Dolcetto. After hand picking, the grapes are destemmed
