This cake is made up of two moist layers of lemon sponge sandwiched together with zesty lemon buttercream and fruity mixed berry jam. Topped with lemon buttercream with berry jam swirled in, and finished with colourful crown of edible petals, candied lemon peel and freeze dried berries. Yum!! We also do a wheat free version here
