Taylor & Smith Whisky - Single malt Piazzo made entirely from the PicpoulTaylor & Smith Distilling Co. is a small batch distillery in the Hobart suburb of Moonah, Tasmania, founded by Natalie Smith and Ben Taylor, hand milling and direct firing local malted barley since 2017. This is their Tasmanian Single Malt a single cask, hand numbered bottling matured in ex Heaven Hill American bourbon barrels. Bottled at a generous 46% ABV with no chill filtration on the spirit's natural character.
