Foot is full length at 2. 6" and unfiled but has a slight kink in one end, but this doesn't prevent it from fitting nicely on a rod. Ivorine handle spins freely. Stamped D2 and 2 on foot and two dots on cog. Fixed check is adequately strong. Tiny amount of end play I would rate the spindle fit 9 out of 10. Reel weighs 5. 95 oz.
