A large, curiously shaped fish appears to be speaking to a smaller fish (who might be confused about the larger fish's appearance based upon the expression on its face). They are surrounded by waves and gemstone bubbles, with additional gemstones forming the fishes' eyes. Hubert Harmon (c. 1910 ?) was among the group of North American jewelry designers who moved to Mexico in the 1920's,
