Exceptional Large Scale Gold-Cased Carnelian Fob Sterling silver torque bracelet eternally blooming on the handA rare, early 19th century fob with a wonderfully articulated swivel top, this example is circa 1830 with a most peculiar corseted shape and large scale size. The fob features a gorgeous scrolling repouseed bezel around the carnelian, hiding three of the symbols we are always excited to find in late Georgian jewels; the ostrich feather, the seashell, and the mourning glory bloom feature prominently in the paisley of objects depicted.
