The ivory handle spins freely. Stamped "2" throughout. Nice condition mechanically with no overly objectionable wobble or spool spindle play. No cosmetic issues to speak of other than a filed shaped foot on both ends. No cracks, dings, or chips. The reel weighs 15 3 4 oz. The reel foot measures 3 1 2". Get this bad boy back on the
