Antique Victorian Albert Chain Silver 18ct Gold Gilt With Medallion Silver MARKS: 375/ 9ct gold stampA grand antique Albert chain, made up of graduated silver curb links, each stamped with a sterling Lion mark and gilded in a sunny 18ct yellow gold. Its complete with claw clasps, a T bar and a large crest medallion suspended from an extension of chain at the end. It was made to commemorate the end of WW1 in 1918 and has been finely engraved with depictions of laurels, ivy and a Fleur de lis, often representing honour, devotion and triumph. Albert
